About
Formed in 2018, Wargasm is the collaborative project of Sam Matlock and Milkie Way. The project grew after Matlock and Way recognised a gap in the alternative music market, something wholly exciting, provoking and dangerous in its own right. Inspired by artists such as Likin Park and Limp Bizkit, the apir released their debut single Post Mondern Rhapsody to acclaim in 2019, earning them slots at festivals such as Download and Bloodstock, as well as support tours with the likes of YUNGBLUD and Creeper.
Since ‘Post Modern Rhapsody’, Wargasm have released a string of singles including the thundering ‘Gold Gold Gold’ and ‘Spit.’. The band has recently announced that they have signed to Slowplay & Republic Records in partnership with Island Records UK, and are gearing up to release their debut full length project Explicit: The Mixxxtape later this summer.
