BEACH BOX is an all year round wood-fired public beach sauna spa, based on Brighton Beach.

Two, cosy converted horsebox trailers with wood-fired stoves and our 12 seater, cedar sauna with panoramic views of the ocean, built by WildHut (Check their website if you’d like to commission one of their amazing saunas)

Facilities include outdoor seating areas, picnic table, changing rooms, freshwater showers, a chilled steel tub, cool plunge pool and a slipper bath – for you to cool off between sessions too.  Upgrade your experience with handmade, natural in-sauna body treatments. We have a gorgeous spa menu, including face masks, body platters, salt scrubs, nourishing hair masks and Aufguss ice balls with aromatherapy oils to sizzle on the rocks. Why not add on your very own fully trained Sauna Master, to lead a guided session which includes sauna rituals, Aufguss aromatherapy scents and leaf whisking.

We run regular Events and Retreats on the beach too, such as our popular Full Moon Parties, New Moon Parties, Sound & Steam Gong Baths and Sauna Community Sessions. 🌚🌝

Our Beach site has incredible sea views. We are located right on the pebbles with direct beach access, so perfect for a sea dip too. The sauna experience gives you space for relaxation, body care, digital detox and socialising. We’ll introduce you to the sauna-bathing experience you never knew you needed!

New: We are delighted to present our brand new Forest Sauna in a beautiful off-grid ancient woodland setting.  Enjoy a peaceful 5 seater, wood-fired horsebox sauna with orchard views and spring-fed cold plunge pool and cold slipper bath. Open Saturdays and Sundays.
