About
Welcome to Bake Awake Baking School! We are excited to introduce our new baking school in Brighton, where we offer fun and easy recipes to bake while applying the principles of mindfulness.
Our mindfulness baking workshops are co-run with a Chef and Psychological Therapist with over 20 years of experience, set in the lower ground of a boutique hotel in central Brighton. We have created recipes that are easy to follow and that incorporate the basic principles of mindfulness, which have been shown to help manage mental health conditions such as anxiety, stress and depression.
Our workshops are tailored to a maximum of 8 participants, in order to provide a safe and nurturing experience that will suit all levels of ability. We can also tailor our workshops for teambuilding and private events.
