About
We're super-excited to announce details of our next WTM extravaganza which will be kicking off Worthing Pride weekend in fine style this year on Friday 4th July at Coast, with very special guests WES BAGGALEY & DJ BUNNYHAUSEN!!! Party people will be required to report to the terrace at 4pm sharp, where the WTM crew will be ably assisted by the enigma wrapped inside a puzzle that is Shoreham 303, who brought the heat to the terrace with us at our last summer shindig. We'll then be moving downstairs to continue the party from 7pm onwards, where we will again be at the controls, joined by DJ Bunnyhausen where we will be turning up the heat for the legend that is Wes Baggaley, who will undoubtedly be finishing us all off with his unique brand of banging, sleazy house, EBM, techno & lord knows what else..
For the biog crew:
DJ Bunnyhausen aka recording artist Xylitol has been smashing it over the last year. Her amazing album "Anenomes" was released on Planet Mu to unanimous praise & she has been performing live at venues & festivals across the UK, as well as DJ'ing at festivals with her partner DJ Sarna as "Slav to the Rhythm", who we were lucky enough to witness playing an insane banger of a set which was one of the highlights of last year's Supernormal festival. We've had the honour of hosting DJ B on a number of occasions & have always been blown away by her skills & deep selections that have had at least one of us hovering by the decks simultaneously dancing & clutching the proverbial notepad & pencil at parties past.
It's a no-nonsense affair with Wes Baggaley, the DJ cult favourite of raw rhythms and pulsating electronic bass. The alchemy for Wes is vinyl, an obsession in collection for over30 years. Born and raised in Wigan, he first set out with punk and grindcore records before the grip of electronic music tightened fast after discovering industrial groups like Throbbing Gristle and Cabaret Voltaire via his favourite band, Godflesh. The nineties club scene beckoned, and after cutting his teeth at legendary local venue The Pier he started travelling to clubs such as Manchester's Bugged Out, Back to Basics in Leeds and Liverpool's Voodoo where hed regularly catch DJs such as Derrick Carter, Gemini, David Holmes and Jeff Mills; all the while continuing to attend his beloved punk gigs. Naturally what followed was DJing, a patient decades-long span of craft honing with an inimitable palette of sounds. His sets are dark, deep and propulsive; a tight mix of rough house and brutal techno that covers the dungeon sonics of acid, EBM, industrial and new wave. That feeling from the dancefloor with Wes at the wheel is unparalleled, a sweat-drenched hysteria that encapsulates like no other. Acclaimed transmissions for Boiler Room, Mixmag's The Lab and The Lot Radio plus a former residency on Rinse FM prove this, while regular appearances at festivals Glastonbury and Houghton plus clubs like FOLD, Berghain, Robert Johnson, Folklore in Lausanne, KALT in Strasbourg and beloved parties Adonis and I Love Acid further the cause. 2025 commences his eighth year as resident of beloved queer house party Bottom Heavy alongside Dan Beaumont at Dalston Superstore. Wes will start new party Head Dirt at Lubber Fiend in Newcastle, and accompany that with his own productions and the starting of a noise-inspired project titled Operation Spanner.
As you can probably imagine this will be a vey special event & we expect tickets to fly for this. There is a tiered ticket release for this party with a limited number of super early birds available, so don't sleep!. Roll on 4th July!!!
