Winter Workshops: How to cope with stress

About

Mel Lacy-Fewtrell and Perry-May Britton are local residents who run their own businesses helping people feel well in their bodies through breath work, massage and somatic work. Through their work and home life, as well as the joy of living with teenagers they both have personal experience of coping and not coping with stress!

Join them for a practical session looking at what happens to our bodies when we are stressed and learn some simple tools to overcome it.
