Dad La Soul are throwing down a funky, family-friendly, hip-hop, funk and soul block party. We want dads, mums, kids, grandparents and everyone else on the dancefloor to show off their most impressive moves!
Imagine the type of old-school, New York block party that gave birth to the hip-hop culture in the 70s. You can expect top DJs scratching and mixing their hearts out to keep the dancefloor pumping, MCs on the mic, live graffiti art to wow you and B-boys and girls spinning, flaring and breaking too.
There will be a wealth of kids’ entertainment to keep them busy when they are not busting a move. Expect outdoor crafts, a live art exhibition and a range of other activities.
