Join talented MasterChef Champion Kenny Tutt on a totally tasty journey diving into the bold, vibrant world of Mexican street food!

Learn the secrets of making fresh corn tortillas from scratch, master the deep, complex flavours of salsas and moles, and create zingy pickles and marinades that bring dishes to life. Whether you're a taco fanatic or just love exploring new flavours, this class will give you the skills (and the confidence) to bring real Mexican food to your own kitchen.

Just perfect to recreate for the summer months of alfresco dining ahead!

Kenny's warm, friendly informal style makes for a fun informative few hours, then a chance to enjoy a casual relaxed delicious 2 course lunch with plenty of time for extra Q&A's with Kenny.

Tacos Al Pastor and Coriander Rice (soft pork shoulder tacos with roast pineapple)

Veggie Option - Oyster Mushroom Al Pastor

Dessert - Tres Leche Cake (light Mexican sponge cake soaked with three types of milk)

The morning starts with a welcome coffee/tea & cookies from 10.30am and then the demonstration will commence at 11am and run for approx. 2 - 2.5 hours, with time for Q&A's. You will then be able to enjoy a delicious lunch with a choice of wine or soft drink, coffee/tea included.
