Twice nominated in the Parliamentary Jazz Awards, Imogen Ryall has proved herself one of the leading voices of the UK jazz scene. In this collaboration with Chris Coull she has penned lyrics to the distinctive compositions of New York based trumpeter Tom Harrell to produce the album On The Roof on Rubicon records; released on May 30th, it will be available to buy tonight. The rhythm section is led by bass virtuoso Simon Woolf together with Si Robinson (piano) and Joe Edwards (drums)
