We usually start the day with Qi-Gong before heading out for a scenic walk. We will pause for a beginner-friendly, feel-good yoga flow and a picnic on the way. It is a soothing remedy to the tensions of modern life and the ideal opportunity to get back to nature and reconnect with mind, body and soul. Yoga and Forest Bathing
