We are very excited to have partnered with the highly experienced, award winning Indian restaurateurs & chefs, Sanjay & Mili. Together they have created an exciting few hours for you discover the spices, flavours and techniques to enjoy authentic delicious Indian cuisine.
Mili learnt the art of Indian cooking from her mother, mother-in-law and grandmother and is passionate about sharing her vast knowledge and skills to dispel the myth that Indian cooking is complicated and requires lots of ingredients, spices, effort & time. In this interactive demonstration Mili will show you how simple Indian home cooking can be. She will cook a starter, main, rice dish & authentic bread which you can taste along the way & enjoy for lunch at the end of the class.
During the demonstration Mili will share her vast knowledge about Indian home cooking which will include an explanation of spices, spice preparation, cooking techniques and many hints & tips so that you will be able to recreate yourself at home time & time again! (Recipe sheets will be provided).
The morning starts with a welcome coffee/tea & cookies from 11am and then the demonstration will commence at 11.30am and run for approx. 2 - 2.5 hours, with time for Q&A's. You will then be able to enjoy a delicious meal with a choice of wine or soft drink, pudding, coffee/tea included.
