On Friday 9th May, Michelin Chef James Wilson, Head Chef at Moda, House of George, will be at Lost in the Lanes with LOST head chef Jes James from 6pm, cooking up a sensational 8 course seasonal set menu for £60. Celebrating both chefs’ appreciation of local seasonal ingredients, championing purity, simplicity, and freshness in every dish.
James Wilson’s culinary journey spans several Michelin-starred kitchens across Finland, Sweden, and Denmark as well as the renowned Newt in Somerset where he was instrumental in building the restaurant’s farm to fork ethos. Both chefs will be cooking 4 sumptuous courses on the Friday night, with wine tasting options.
Jes will be concentrating on LOST’s seasonal Mediterranean flavours whilst James will be introducing some sensational Scandi vibes. Check out the exquisite menu here to see if you can guess whose flavours belong to who!
