VITORIAN SPLENDOUR & ESTONIAN ELEGANCE
The centre is located within the original estate of Brighton's first Synagogue and set within the confines of private courtyard space. Here you'll relax in our custom-built sauna built by  Estonian craftsmen in alderwood, which comfortably seats up to 10 guests. Featuring a sleek, contemporary design and an award-winning Huum beehive stove, the sauna creates an immersive heat and steam experience perfect for deep relaxation. The space is enhanced with ambient LED lighting to create a tranquil atmosphere.  

FACILITIES TO ELEVATE YOUR EXPERIENCE
Our private courtyard is designed for both hot and cold therapy. Cool off in the outdoor shower or refresh in the invigorating cold plunge pool. For added comfort, we offer towel rentals and recommend bringing swimwear, flip-flops, and reusable water bottles. Changing room and bathroom facilities with security lockers onsite.
