About
Come and join us for an evening of regional delights from Puglia, the heel of the Italian boot - the land of Burrata, orecchiette, fave e cicoria and the deepest green olive oil. We will be serving an authentic three course menu all lovingly made from scratch with carefully selected and, where possible, local ingredients.
As always, our supper clubs are as much about community as they are about the food. They are an opportunity to hear intriguing stories about the dishes, meet fellow foodies and make merry with friends.
Menu
Starter - Creamy burrata cheese with seasonal peas, broad beans, mint and toasted hazelnuts
Main course - Homemade orecchiette pasta with tenderstem broccoli, italian sausage, chilli and garlic, topped with ricotta salata (veggie version available)
Dessert - 'Fruttone leccese' - a sweet, shortcrust tart filled with pear, almond and topped with bitter chocolate
The evening starts at 7.30pm. Drinks available to purchase at the Cafe Rust bar, including a selection of Puglian wines and seasonal, Italian inspired cocktails.
