About

The Chimney House is an inviting gastro pub, located just north of Seven dials, a 10-minute walk from Brighton train station. Known for its community orientated atmosphere and exceptional customer service, The Chimney House is a great choice for all occasions, whether that be a Sunday roast, some drinks with friends or an event in our function room.

Our locally sourced food is catered to all, offering a wide range of options including vegan and gluten free as well as options for children. We are also a dog friendly venue so the whole family is welcome! We offer an extensive wine list, cocktail menu and locally sourced draught beers and ales.

Our function room is available to book for any events, including birthdays, corporate networking events, weddings and private dining, and we are able to cater accordingly. The space can seat 40 people comfortably for a meal, or 60 people for a drinks event and we are happy to host.

The owners, Sarah and Jamie, are renowned in Brighton. Their other pub, The Cleveland Arms located at Five ways, is a top-rated destination for a Sunday roast. The Cleveland has won multiple awards including the 'Knorr Best Roast award', Restaurants Brighton top 10 best roast and best team awards, and the pub is consistently a Tripadvisor Travellers Choice award winner. Sarah and Jamie are bringing their award-winning knowledge and expertise to The Chimney House to provide the same excellent service and food.
