Cin Cin is an award-winning Italian neighbourhood restaurant on Western Road in Hove. This unique space has 26 seats of counter dining where you can watch the chefs work in the open kitchen, another 14 seats in a secluded dining room perfect for celebrations as well as a covered courtyard for alfresco dining as the sun shines.

Founded in Brighton by David Toscano in 2012, Cin Cin first began as a vintage Fiat street food van selling authentic Italian food and drink at fairs, festivals, weddings and private events. Growing in popularity, David paired up with chef Jamie Halsall and Cin Cin launched supper clubs and pop up restaurants in Brighton and London, then working with brands like Birra Moretti and Jamie Oliver’s Big Feastival.

Since opening in Hove in 2018, David and Jamie have been picking up accolades for their modern Italian cuisine that showcases seasonal Sussex produce, including a Bib Gourmand from the Michelin guide, Rosettes from the AA Guide and being named as one of the Five Best Places to eat in Brighton by the Spectator magazine.  BBC Good Food Magazine named Cin Cin as “the best pasta dishes in the city” and Olive Magazine said it was “an intimate, casual dining experience where the food is truly authentic.”

The signature handmade pastas at Cin Cin are the stars of the show, paired with seasonal small plates, aperitivo cocktails and wines from across the boot of Italy, all wrapped up in friendly and warm service.  Cin Cin really is a must on any visit to Brighton.
