Whether you are organising a small group training session, a team building day or a conference for 500, Space with US at the University of Sussex have superb facilities for all.

Located in Brighton off the A27 which links to London and Gatwick via the A23/M23. We have plentiful car parking and Falmer train station on site, linking to Brighton in 9 minutes and London in an hour.

Our setting in the South Downs National Park provides a beautiful and peaceful setting for guests. 

During the Summer vacation we have 100 seminar rooms, 20 lecture theatres, outdoor spaces and our unique chapel to choose from for your next meeting.

Our purpose-built conference centre has seven meeting rooms recently refurbished in 2022 and equipped with microphones, touch screen Tv’s, dedicated WIFI access and natural day light. Whilst the Terrace room features a state-of-the-art Zoom functionality to connect meetings across the world. The delegate space serves unlimited refreshments throughout the day for all guests of the centre.

Terrace Room

The spacious and airy Terrace room is naturally lit with private balcony access that can hold up to 160 people, making it perfect for larger conferences, product launches and showcases. The Terrace room is equipped with full Zoom video conferencing, large projector screen, microphones. The meeting can also be fully recorded with the inbuilt equipment to share with delegates afterwards.

Gallery Room

The Gallery Room is furnished with a modern interior and naturally lit, Suitable for up to 250 people it’s a great choice for formal dinners, conferences and board meetings. The Gallery room is equipped with HD projector, Lectern, Microphones and stereo speakers throughout the room

Meeting Room 1&2

Our modern naturally lit meeting room can hold up to 20 people and is ideal for formal board meetings or private dining. The room features a 60inch HD touch screen, dedicated WIFI access, Video conferencing and balcony access making it one of the best meeting rooms in Brighton.

Meeting Room 3

Our modern naturally lit meeting room can hold up to 14 people and is ideal for project meetings, office space or breakout activities. The room features a 60inch HD touch screen, dedicated WIFI access, Video conferencing and whiteboards.
