Winter Welly Walk at Leonardslee: 8 February - 2 March

Pull on your wellies and head out the door. It’s time to go on an adventurous Welly Walk and follow the trail of giant 5ft wellies this half-term! As you and your little ones stomp your way through the trail, you will all have the chance to learn a whole heap of fascinating facts about Leonardslee Lakes & Gardens and nature along the way!


Meet Exotic Creatures at Drusillas Park: Open year-round

Make wild memories this February holiday at Drusillas Zoo Park. Keep the kids half term happy with a zooper day out at Drusillas Park - voted one of the best days out with kids in Sussex.


Share the Love with the Brilliant Brighton Valentine’s Trail: 14 – 23 February 

This free and family-friendly trail invites participants to hunt for 23 hidden letters (and punctuation) displayed in businesses’ windows throughout the city centre. Once all are found, they can be rearranged to reveal a special phrase – with those who crack the code entered into a prize draw to win one of three Brighton Gift Cards!


Branching Out Adventures: Re-opens for the season from 15 February

Take your half-term sky-high and enjoy an exciting adventure course that offers high ropes for your brave explorers, and low and mini ropes for younger children or those who prefer to keep their feet nearer the ground! With giant trampolines, swings and even a climbing wall this is the perfect place to burn off energy.


Kids Trail - Wilbur's Wild Welly Walk at Borde Hill: 15 February – 23 March 

This half-term, grab your boots for a fun-filled outdoor adventure on Wilbur's Wild Welly Walk. Get outside, splash through puddles, and let your inner wild animal roar! Kids of all ages can enjoy this interactive trail, testing their agility by hunting for hidden wellies around the garden before claiming their prize. Along the way, they'll get to practice simple yoga poses, making this a great way to stretch both mind and body!


Celebrate Women and Girls in Science at Booth Museum: 15 February 

Celebrate the UN International Day of Women and Girls in Science at Booth Museum with an engaging range of events to encourage your own budding scientist! Events include meeting pioneering palaeontologist Mary Anning and a funny bones workshop.


Nature Heroes: Dino Detective - All day adventure at Wakehurst: 15 – 23 February

Travel back in time for a Jurassic journey around Wakehurst, unearthing secrets of the landscape's plants and trees. Budding palaeontologists can dust off their tools to get their claws on the next Nature Heroes badge in this prehistoric pursuit of knowledge.


Visit Paddington in the Toy Museum: 17 – 22 February 

Head to Brighton Toy Museum this February half-term for a fun-filled family event, Paddington in the Toy Museum! Come and meet everyone’s favourite bear, Paddington, surrounded by an enchanting collection of vintage toys and displays.


Brighton Theatre Group presents Charlie and the Chocolate Factory at the Theatre Royal Brighton: 19 - 22 February

Fully staged and with lively songs such as The Candy Man and Pure Imagination, creative choreography and a live orchestra, the show celebrates the power of imagination and proves that dreams really can come true.


Rude Science at Brighton Dome: 21 February

Sundae Club at Komedia: 23 and 27 February

Over three fabulous hours of creative fun for kids. Book to see a wonderful children’s theatre show, enjoy a creative craft workshop, catch a flick in One Bum Cinema Club, the smallest cinema on the planet, and finish off the afternoon by dancing to a live band! The perfect way to spend a Sunday morning with children ages 3 to 8


Out of Bounds: Open Year Round

Just outside of Brighton you'll find Out of Bounds which is your ticket to a fabulous day out. With both outdoor and indoor activities you'll find something fun to do whatever the weather! Are you up some Clip 'n' Climb, Laser Tag or perhaps you prefer the sound of the Jumping Pillows?
