Day One
Think you know Brighton? Get to see a different side of the city on a Street Art tour. Local artist REQ will take you on a walk through the city, pointing out some of the different techniques used by artists. Of course, no trip to Brighton is complete without a trip to the Royal Pavilion - It’s as breath-taking inside as it is outside. The exterior resembles a mini Taj Mahal while inside there’s a dragon carrying a one-tonne chandelier.
For something completely Never Normal book an immersive cocktail experience at Alocotraz. Forget cocktail bars, this is cocktails behind bars! It's your job to smuggle-in liquor, there are some crooked guards to help you hide the contraband just make sure the warden doesn't catch you and you'll be rewarded with 4 personalised cocktails.
Day Two
A short bus or train ride heading west brings you to the charming town of Worthing. Book a Black Cat Treasure Hunt for the bargain price of just £2 as a great way to get to know the town. The trail takes in the seafront and two gardens whilst revealing some unusual facts or rather some Never Normal facts!
After testing your knowledge (and your feet) on your treasure trail around the town it’s time to treat your self to a tasty tipple. Worthing is the new home to Slake Spirits so book a tour of the distillery with the Head Dragon, Dr Thomas Martin-Wells followed by a spirit tasting flight and perhaps a cocktail too.
Day Three
Before heading home dive into the unusual with a visit to Brighton’s House of Illusion – Paradox Place. Set in the heart of the North Laine awaits a collection of mind-bending optical illusions, interactive artwork and all things wonky and wonderful.
