Lit by the soft flickering glow of candlelight, enjoy a slightly slower-paced flow session led by Alli Stevenson. Suitable for all skill levels, candlelit yoga weaves together the benefits of a regular yoga practice with the soothing glow of candles so we can delve deeper into our practice. Allow the gentle glow to highlight your practice guiding you inward as you move and breathe well. This is a beautiful time of year to be enveloped in a cocoon of darkness with just enough flickering light to see your mat, creating a soothing calm and tranquil practice. Yoga in the Gallery takes place every Thursday, 6.30pm to 7.30pm and Sundays 9.15am to 10.15am* *please note that the building will only open from 9.00am on Sunday - do not arrive before this time. 8 per session. Please arrive 10 minutes before class starts for a chance to chat and get comfortable in the space. Please bring your own yoga mat and a blanket for Savasana.About Alli Stevenson Alli Stevenson is a registered senior yoga teacher, who runs weekly beach yoga classes in Holywell and Birling Gap, as well as running unique mini yoga retreats throughout the year. Participants of all ages and abilities are welcome to this brand-new yoga class in the galleries at Towner.
