You will start the day learning to bake a delicious plaited loaf, followed by foraging in the local woodland for wild garlic, before making up a wild garlic pesto. The day will be filled with the lovely scent of wild garlic! At the end of the baking and foraging, you can expect a delicious lunch & wine. Before taking your loaf, pesto and wild garlic home.
