Wild Garlic Foraging & Baking Workshop

About

This workshop will teach you how to forage for wild garlic safely, make a plaited loaf and wild garlic pesto, which we will bake and enjoy with wild garlic soup and salad.

You will experience this very special seasonal foraging workshop in Firle. Run in a beautiful old workhouse which has a wild garlic woodland. We will walk, forage, and learn about the benefits and beauty of wild garlic, how to forage safely, make a bread dough and wild garlic pesto, before sharing a light lunch of wild garlic soup, freshly baked wild garlic pesto bread and salad.

You will go home with your own pot of pesto, a wild garlic loaf and plenty of ideas of how to harness the benefits of wild garlic for yourself.

*Please note: the specific location address (in Firle, East Sussex) will be shared when booking as this is being held in a private house.*
