About

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is a complex condition that affects up to 25% of women during their reproductive years, often impacting physical and mental well-being. For many, it brings challenges like weight changes, fatigue, fertility struggles, and even long-term health risks such as diabetes and heart disease. Many women also experience anxiety, depression, and body image issues.

In this talk, Dr. Shirin Khanjani unpacks the science behind PCOS, shedding light on its causes. She’ll share practical strategies for managing the condition, from medical insights to lifestyle and nutrition changes that truly make a difference. Whether you’re navigating PCOS yourself or supporting someone who is, this talk offers empowering knowledge and actionable steps to improve health and well-being.
