We believe that Breathwork is for everyone. It’s a space to land, to breathe, and to reconnect—with yourself, with others, and with something deeper. In a world that often feels fast-paced and overwhelming, this session offers a chance to pause—a chance to step away from the noise and come home to yourself.

Through the power of intentional breathing, we can release tension, regulate our nervous system, and access deeper clarity and connection. Whether you’re looking to ease stress, explore emotional release, or simply carve out time for self-care, this practice meets you exactly where you are.

No experience is needed—just an open heart and a willingness to explore.

Join Benedict Beaumont, experienced Breathwork Facilitator and founder of Breathing Space, for a guided journey into Conscious Connected Breathwork. This session is an opportunity to slow down, explore your breath, and experience the profound shifts that can come when we breathe with intention.

What to Expect: A welcoming, supportive, and trauma informed space – No experience needed, just curiosity and an open heart.

Somatic and breathwork exercises – Gentle movement and simple breath techniques to prepare your body and mind for the breathwork journey.

A guided Conscious Connected Breathwork session – A chance to explore deep release, clarity, and connection through the power of the breath.

Time to integrate – Space to reflect, share (if you wish), and ease back into your day with a sense of grounding.

Who is this for?
Anyone who feels called to explore breathwork. Whether you’re brand new or have been practicing for years, you are welcome to join us.

What to Bring:

* Comfortable clothing you can move in
* A yoga mat or something to lie on
* A notebook (if you’d like to jot down any reflections)
* Water

This is a pay what you can or donation-based event. People can pay in person on the day or through the Eventbrite link.
