About

About this course:

The i-act course for managers is accredited by The Royal College of Psychiatrists and is aimed at supporting managers to improve workplace wellbeing and helping them to support employees who may experience a mental health or wellbeing issue. The course highlights what managers need to know about managing mental health in the workplace and comes with an evidence-based course manual, toolkit, and resource pack for each manager.

The importance of fire mental health and wellbeing training:

Mental health affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices and is important at every stage of life. Good mental health at work and good management go hand in hand, and there is strong evidence that workplaces with high levels of mental wellbeing are more productive.

Who is this for?

This is an essential course for all managers.
