About
Join us in-store in January for our FREE workshop for children where they will learn about the most popular houseplants, travel back in time and across the planet to learn more about their origins and play some fun games, too.
Our January Little Seedlings workshop focuses on the wonderful world of houseplants. We’ll learn all about some of the most popular houseplants, travel back in time and across the planet to learn more about their origins and play some fun games, too. Each Little Seedling will head home with their own little houseplant to care for at the end of the session
We'll cover:
* The basics of houseplants and how to care for them
* We’ll journey into the ancient past to learn how humans and houseplants have gone together for thousands of years
* We’ll head deep into the rainforest and learn about houseplants that originate from tropical climates
* Then, we’ll travel to the desert and learn about cacti – even getting a chance to touch a few non-prickly ones!
* We'll finish it up by sharing some top tips and provide houseplant care advice
Please note:
* Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
* Where stores are running multiple sessions it is the same workshop delivered at each one
* Parents or guardians wishing to order hot drinks for the session in advance can do so during the booking process
* Dates and times for our Little Seedlings Clubs vary by store and not all stores are able to participate
* Advance booking is required with spaces booked quickly – please book early to avoid disappointment
* Where a session is shown as 'Sold Out' – we're sorry, there are no more tickets available for that time
