About

Apollo Junction are a band on the rise having delivered their third (and best) album ‘Here We Are’ (UK Official Chart placing, + number 12 in the Sales Chart + 7 in the Vinyl Chart + Number 1 Indie Breakers Chart) and having embarked on their biggest ever UK tour through spring 2024 and a summer of festival dates and outdoor stages.

The end of 2024, brought the band’s first new music release in over 12 months with the single ‘Falling’ debuted by Chris Hawkins on BBC Radio 6 and called ‘an alive and kicking anthem!’.

2025 brings new music, a spring tour and a new album

The band have a passionate, growing fanbase that call themselves the ‘AJFamily’ - there’s been engagements on stage, lifetime friendships formed, coaches to gigs hired and an online community that is pretty much unmatched by any other independent band around at the moment and incredibly welcoming to all.

The band - Described by Steve Lamacq on BBC6 music as swaggering electro indie rock, appeal to audiences who still have a profound love of guitar music, with nods to the iconic sounds of the 80s as well as more contemporary guitar band peers.

2024 started with a sell out spring tour of some of the UK’s best venue, followed by outdoor summer shows with Richard Ashcroft x2, Shed Seven, The Sherlocks and also Moto Grand Prize at Silverstone supporting The Darkness and on The Isle Of Wight Festival Main Stage 2024.
