Birds, maids, jewellery… despite his deep contempt for the popular Christmas carol, one year poet Mark Dishman’s ‘true love’ went to town on the present front, treating him to every gift on the 12 Days of Christmas list. He wrote a series of poems detailing the calamitous fallout of this definitely true thing that actually happened. And now those poems are a book!
Joining Mark for the launch of the book – which will be available to purchase – will be a first-rate congregation of poets and comedians, including Rebekka Turner [https://www.rebekkaturnercomedy.com/], Bambi Goodman [https://www.instagram.com/bambisg/?hl=en] and Daniel Searle [https://www.facebook.com/danielsearlepoet], as well as a special guest from the North Pole. There will be presents!
