Highweald is a modern, luxury, English wine producer. We make the finest quality traditional method sparkling wine, evidenced by our recent haul of three trophies at the International Wine Challenge. Crafted from the traditional grape varieties of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grown in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Sussex, our first release was acclaimed Champion English Sparkling Wine.

Our vision is to deliver of exceptional experiences with absolutely no compromises for those who value the highest levels of quality. We use only the finest grapes and the most trusted methods alongside sustainable innovation. By focussing on the special characteristics of our unique terroir, Highweald creates truly unforgettable experiences.

TOURS & TASTING

A two-hour hosted tour where you will learn about English Sparkling Wine and why it is so special. The tour will include a guided walk around the vines, a behind-the-scenes tour of our winery where you will learn about the winemaking processes. Finally, you will get to savour our award winning wine with a tutored tasting in our picturesque garden bar overlooking the vineyard.

Tours take place Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays at 10am and 2pm
