Competition Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions found here relate to the Brighton Up competition on visitbrighton.com and its associated channels.

1. Competition is open for entries between Friday 5 May and 12:00pm on Friday 1st September 2023. Entries must be received by 12:00pm on Friday 1st September 2023.

2. One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries and will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date. 

3. In the event of non-acceptance or the winner not responding within 5 working days of being notified, VisitBrighton reserves the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry.

4. Prize includes a 2 night midweek stay for 2 people at snooze. The stay can be taken Monday-Thursday anytime in October or November (excluding half term week: 22nd October - 29th October). 

5. Travel costs are not included.

6. Competition is open only to UK residents aged 18 or over. 

7. The prize is strictly subject to availability, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for money or any monetary value.

8. Entry is not open to employees of VisitBrighton.

9. Winner’s details will be passed to the prize giver for prize fulfilment. 

10. The Editor's decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.

11. VisitBrighton will not accept responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault, postal/transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.

12. In the event of unforeseen circumstances outside of our control we reserve to right to cancel the competition or offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

13. Entry to the competition will be via a photo submission form powered by Crowdriff and by following @snoozebrighton on Instagram.
