Our activities are hand and heart-crafted by our team of Brighton goddesses and are infused with playful laughter, lush chocolate or soothing, replenishing nature. THE LAUGHTER GYM
Hilarious! Energy boosting and fun laughter sessions for groups. Includes Laughter Yoga, thousands of giggles and a tittering heap of unique and lasting memories. (1hr)

 

LOVE CHOCOLATE MAKING WORKSHOPS
Indulgent, delicious and playful journeys through everything chocolate! Includes tastings, making and taking home your beautifully packaged chocolate creations. (1.5/2 hrs)

 

CHOCOLATE CHUCKLES
Ultimate endorphin-fuelled and delightful marriage of both a dynamic Laughter Gym and a Love Chocolate Making Workshop. Two playful and delicious souls meet in this luscious package. (1/2 day)

 

WOODLAND WELLBEING – (Forest Bathing but not wild swimming)

A sensory and heart-healing journey bathing in the beauty of woodlands and nature beyond. You will leave this mindful, meditative walk feeling uplifted, calm, luminous and deeply connected to mother earth. We visit beautiful parks and woodland close to Brighton. (1.5 - 3 hrs)
