Offering panoramic views of the Brighton seafront, The Salt Room serves fresh, seasonal seafood, well-made cocktails, a bespoke wine list and excellent and a really wonderful, relaxed service. With floor-to-ceiling windows and, for al fresco dining, an outdoor terrace, the modern British seafood and grill restaurant focuses on celebrating the fruits of the sea, delivering the finest seafood, cooked expertly over charcoal. 

Head Chef Brice Lenglet has crafted a beautiful menu that offers a wide selection of sustainably sourced seafood dishes including impeccably fresh fish, shellfish, and their signature whole market fish to share cooked over charcoal. The Salt Room champions local produce, using the best available from Sussex and the surrounding areas including catches of the day. The Surf Board, a selection of freshly sourced Grilled & Steamed Shellfish alongside French Fries, Gem Salad and Aioli is their iconic favourite.  Their dessert menu is to-die-for, we’d recommend the eponymous Salt Room Sweets, which will add the perfect final touch to a Seafood feast.

Enjoy a Sunday Roast between two people, with the choice of a 500g Roasted Salt Aged Sirloin of Beef or a Monkfish wellington, there’s something for everyone. Both roasts are to share between two and come will all the trimmings you need! Served every Sunday from 12-4pm.

The Salt Room is the ideal Brighton venue for conference dinners, corporate events, personal celebrations and weddings. On offer are two seasonal group dining menus, which gives guests the choice of individual courses or a more communal dining experience with sharing courses for the table. Bespoke menus and canapes are also available upon request. Their private dining room is perfect for groups of up to 16 people looking for private dining in Brighton. Available seven days a week for lunch and dinner, the private room offers stunning views of the Brighton seafront.
