The menu is ever evolving as they work to match seasonal produce with their passion to create new dishes and rework old favourites.
Their sourcing is thoughtful and sustainable; they work with local farmers and fishermen who are passionate about their produce. The Chilli Pickle has been awarded the Michelin BiB Gourmand 2010-2015 and 2 AA rosettes by the revered restaurant guides 2009-2015, The gold award for best takeaway in Brighton at the Brighton and Hove food awards and also are winners of the best delivery restaurant in the UK from the British Curry Awards 2014.
